What is AquaGold?

AquaGold® is a minimally invasive microchanneling treatment to improve your skin’s appearance and texture. During an AquaGold treatment at Laguna Beach Aesthetics, Dr. O’Connell uses the patented handpiece to make tiny pinpoints in your skin’s surface. The needles on the handpiece are sterile and gold-plated, and it includes a reservoir for ingredients and infusions that you can add to your treatment.

With AquaGold, you can improve the skin on your face, neck, chest, or hands in a fast and easy 30-minute procedure. The needles are small and painless enough that you don’t need anesthesia, but Dr. O’Connell can give you a numbing cream to ease your mind. 

You might notice some slight redness after your AquaGold treatment, but it should go away quickly. You can see the full effect within a week of your treatment.
